Jackson played the lead role of Chicken Little in his first grade class play, Nuts, earlier this month. He did a great job! His opening line, "The sky is falling, the sky is falling...It fell right on my head." The costumes and decorations were simple and the music took center stage. The kids did an amazing job with lyrics and accompanying hand motions. Class plays have really evolved since my days in grade school. And, 99 percent of the parents watched the entire performance through their view finders -- a sign of the times.
